A course for absolute beginners and for new players who want to learn the fundamentals of tennis.

Beginner Elementary (BE)
A continuation to the introduction course, this course will help trainees to better their basic strokes and hand and foot coordination, and also, learn to play the game.

Introduction to forehand/ backhand volleys

Coordination drills/ footwork

Introduction to the variations of grips

Introduction to scoring, point system through rally and play

Mini games
Beginner Foundation (BF)
This module will help beginner players to brush up on their basic skills and establish foundation in basic strokes.

Techniques practice and correction e.g. forehand/backhand ground stroke, serve, forehand/ backhand volley, smash

Footwork (6 different movements, stance and recovery)

Rally (rally from service line)

Rules of tennis (scoring, point system, foot fault etc)

Mini games
Intermediate 1 (I1)
This is a more challenging course for players who have mastered the basic strokes of tennis and are able to rally consistently.

Techniques practice e.g. forehand/backhand ground stroke, serve, forehand/ backhand volley, smash

Footwork (6 different movements, stance and recovery)

Tactics (Consistency, Direction, Depth, Power)

Rally ( from service line or ¾ court)
Intermediate 2 (I2)
Progressive course from Intermediate 1. Trainees from Intermediate 1 have to be recommended by coach to take up Intermediate 2.

Court Coverage (Positions when serving, returning, rallying or volleying)

Tactics (Consistency, Direction, Depth, Power)

Games (Rally baseline to baseline, net to net)
Intermediate 3 (I3)
Progressive course from Intermediate 2. Trainees from Intermediate 2 have to be recommended by coach to take up Intermediate 3.

Court Coverage (Positions when serving, returning, rallying or volleying)

Tactics: Singles / Doubles (5 Game situation/ Doubles Positioning)

Games (Serve and return of serve, rally baseline to baseline, net to baseline, serve/ approach and volley)
